Where are you based?
We’re a UK-owned business with our main warehouse located in Spain. This allows us to ship quickly across Europe and beyond.
Do you have a physical store?
Nope — we’re proudly an online-only store! This means we can focus on offering a wider, carefully curated collection of unique drinkware direct to your door.
Do you make all your own products?
Almost everything! Many of our ceramics are handmade in our very own pottery studio in Central America. What we don’t make ourselves, we personally source, customise, and curate to bring you the most distinctive range of drinkware and barware. Curious about our process? Were you previously Bespoke Barware?
Yes — same team, same quality! We rebranded from Bespoke Barware to Shakers & Makers back in 2020 to reflect our growing range, but we’re still serving up the great products you know and love.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely — we ship worldwide! If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just reach out and we’ll happily provide a custom shipping quote.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Spain. For some items — like handmade ceramics — you may see the option to ship directly from our pottery studio in Central America for faster delivery (please note this may carry a slightly higher price).
I haven’t received my tracking details — what should I do?
You’ll usually receive tracking information via email from Correos (our shipping partner). If you haven’t received anything — and you’ve checked your spam folder — just email us at info@shakers-makers.com and we’ll get your tracking details to you right away.
Will I need to pay extra tax or duties if I’m in the UK?
No extra charges here! As a UK business, all taxes and duties are covered in the price you pay — even when we ship from our Spain warehouse.
Will I be charged taxes or duties outside the UK?
If you're in Europe — no extra taxes or duties will apply. For countries outside the EU, local import taxes and duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. You can usually check this on your government’s website, or feel free to email us and we can guide you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For most destinations, delivery takes 5–7 working days using Correos, Spain’s trusted postal service, with local delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel Force in the UK.
Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?
Yes — unless otherwise stated, all our ceramics are fired at over 1000°C, making them dishwasher safe. Be sure to check the "Product Features" section on each listing for any specific care details.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We sure do! Simply select the quantity you want on the product page — you'll see pricing for single units, packs of 12, and packs of 24.
Can you make a custom Tiki mug? How much does it cost?
Yes — we offer custom ceramic designs! If you want to bring your own Tiki mug concept to life, get in touch at info@shakers-makers.com for a free quote and design chat.
Can you create custom drinkware?
Definitely! Whether it’s glassware, mugs, or bar tools, we’d love to hear your ideas. Contact us at info@shakers-makers.com and let’s see how we can make your custom drinkware a reality.
What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
We’re expert packers, but on rare occasions accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry — simply send us a clear photo of the damage (please handle any broken pieces carefully!) within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Of course! If you’re not completely happy with your order — or simply changed your mind — just get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Once the item is safely back with us, we’ll issue a full refund
Why are no shipping options showing for my order?
If you’re placing a large or bulky order, our website might not be able to calculate the shipping automatically. No problem — just drop us an email and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote to make sure you get the best rate.
Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we don’t offer express shipping as a standard option on the website — but if you need something in a hurry, get in touch! We’ll do our best to help or arrange a faster delivery where possible.
